Beef Brisket

3 lb beef brisket

1 pkg meat marinade (original flavor)

Cut beef into 1 inch strips (or have butcher do it). Lay in pan. Cover with meat marinade, add some water. Cook at 300° for 4 to 5 hours, turn every hour. Keep moist. Use the juice to make gravy. Awesome!
